He specializes in municipal infrastructure projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, and works closely with cities and utility agencies to deliver practical, long-lasting solutions. As Engineer of Record for multiple Oregon communities, Edward is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex projects, secure funding opportunities, and improve the infrastructure that supports their communities. He values building strong relationships and providing responsive, dependable service from planning through construction.
