We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) in Sammamish, WA to provide construction inspection and quality assurance oversight for transmission line access road construction and rehabilitation projects. Acting as the owner’s representative, you will verify contractor compliance with project plans, specifications, environmental requirements, and contract standards while maintaining accurate project documentation.
The ideal candidate has experience in heavy civil construction, roadway inspection, or utility infrastructure and is comfortable working independently in remote locations while communicating effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, or heavy civil construction.
Experience inspecting roadway, grading, earthwork, or utility infrastructure projects.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and survey information.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and documentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on company’s car insurance.
Ability to travel throughout project areas east of the Seattle metropolitan area.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
