Project Description
The High Level Reservoir project expanded the City of Estacada’s water storage and distribution system to improve long-term reliability, increase capacity, and support future community growth. The project included the construction of a 500,000-gallon epoxy-coated, bolted steel water storage reservoir, along with approximately 1,800 feet of transmission pipeline and 1,800 feet of 8-inch drain line to support the overall system.
The improvements were designed to strengthen the City’s water infrastructure and enhance the efficiency and performance of its distribution network. By increasing available storage capacity and improving the transmission of water throughout the system, the completed project provides a more reliable and resilient water supply to meet both current needs and future demand.
