Project Description
The Park Metro Apartment Complex is a six-story, mixed-use development featuring 80 residences. Our geotechnical team provided support throughout the project, beginning with early site planning and subsurface exploration, continuing through design and construction.
Services included site planning review, subsurface investigations, geotechnical engineering and reporting, and construction monitoring. Working closely with the project’s design and construction team, MacKay provided geotechnical recommendations to help inform design decisions and address site conditions throughout the development process.
From the early planning stages through construction, the team supported the many geotechnical aspects of this large-scale development, helping the project move forward with a strong understanding of subsurface conditions and construction requirements. The collaborative approach allowed the project team to respond to site-specific challenges while supporting the successful delivery of a new mixed-use residential development.
