Jason brings more than 22 years of experience serving mining clients across North America and internationally. Since joining MacKay through Engineering Analytics in 2025, he has helped expand the firm’s mining expertise and strengthen its ability to support clients across the mining project lifecycle. As Engineering Analytics prepares to officially transition to the MacKay brand on September 15, Jason’s appointment reflects both the strength of the integration and MacKay’s continued investment in the mining market.
Jason currently serves as Branch Manager of the Fort Collins office, where he has provided leadership through the integration of Engineering Analytics into MacKay. Throughout his career, he has led projects involving mine operations, reclamation and closure, tailings facilities, permitting, geotechnical engineering, environmental remediation, and water management. His combination of operational leadership, technical expertise, industry relationships, and deep understanding of the mining industry makes him exceptionally well positioned to guide the continued growth of MacKay’s mining market sector.

Working closely with Chief Growth Officer Brian McGowan and leaders across the company, Jason will help shape market strategy, strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support MacKay’s long-term growth in the mining industry.
