MacKay is excited to announce the appointment of Clint Brown, PE, as our new Water Resources Market Sector Lead.

With more than 25 years of experience delivering complex water resources infrastructure projects throughout the western United States, Clint brings a wealth of technical expertise, leadership, and industry insight to this important role. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the planning, design, and rehabilitation of dams, reservoirs, flood control systems, and hydraulic structures that support municipal and regional water supply systems.

As Water Resources Market Sector Lead, Clint will help guide the growth and strategic direction of MacKay’s Water Resources practice, while continuing to lead his technical team and support project delivery. He will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and advancing the firm’s presence in the water resources market. Clint will continue reporting to Jason Andrews, Fort Collins Branch Manager, as part of this hybrid leadership role.

“Clint’s combination of technical excellence, client-focused leadership, and deep understanding of the water resources industry makes him an ideal fit for this position,” said Jason Andrews. “His ability to navigate both the engineering and strategic aspects of our work will help position MacKay for continued growth and success in this market.”

Throughout his career, Clint has led multidisciplinary engineering teams through feasibility studies, engineering analysis, permitting, and construction-phase services. His experience managing technically complex projects has earned him the trust of clients, project partners, and colleagues alike. In addition to his technical expertise, Clint is known for his commitment to mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative project teams.

In his new role, Clint will work closely with firm leadership to support the continued growth of MacKay’s Water Resources market sector, while helping align market strategy and business development efforts across the organization. His leadership will be instrumental as MacKay continues expanding its capabilities in water storage, flood control, river restoration, hydraulic infrastructure, and other critical water resources services.

Water Resources remains a key market for MacKay and will play an important role in the firm’s long-term growth strategy. As communities across the country face increasing challenges related to water management, infrastructure resilience, and environmental stewardship, MacKay is committed to providing innovative, sustainable solutions that help clients meet those needs.

Please join us in congratulating Clint on this well-deserved leadership role. We look forward to the impact he will continue to make for our clients, our teams, and the communities we serve.
