This change reflects a strategic step forward as we continue to grow, expand our capabilities, broaden the services we offer, and strengthen our presence across the country. As our firm has evolved, it became clear that our name should more clearly represent who we are today and where we’re going.
While our name is changing, the foundation of our company remains the same.
Our legal entity continues as MacKay Sposito, LLC, and there are no changes to contracts, services, or how we do business. Our clients will continue working with the same teams and relying on the same relationships they’ve built with us over time.

The transition to MacKay represents more than a name change. It reflects how our company is growing and the direction we’re headed.
We are expanding across the country, growing our range of services, and entering new markets. At the same time, we are bringing together talented teams and diverse expertise through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

We believe growth should build on what already exists. By bringing together strong teams, distinct histories, and shared values, we are creating something even more capable and resilient. The result is a company shaped by a collective of experience, perspectives, and relationships.

We are proud to honor the contributions of co-founder Richard Sposito through the creation of the Dick Sposito Internship Program, supporting future generations of professionals entering our industry.
We are also introducing “Legacy Days” to celebrate the history, partnerships, and shared experiences that have shaped our company and the firms that have joined us along the way.
