We are happy to announce the expansion of our Southwest presence with the opening of a new Albuquerque office through Engineering Analytics (EA), a part of MacKay.
The new location supports MacKay’s national growth strategy, which includes regionally led business units across the Northwest, Midwest, and Southwest. Within this platform, EA plays a key role in expanding services and geographic reach throughout the Southwest.
Engineering Analytics joined MacKay in August 2025 and is operating as Engineering Analytics, a part of MacKay, as integration progresses. The Albuquerque office represents a growth initiative long envisioned by the EA team and reflects the firm’s continued momentum in New Mexico—now supported by the scale, resources, and collaboration of the broader MacKay platform.

Karen Stearns, PE Branch Manager for EA’s Raton, New Mexico, office, will oversee both New Mexico locations and lead the ramp-up of operations in Albuquerque.
